I loved the management over here. How everything goes and the way every detail is handled.

Dislikes

Till now nothing. As compared to my previous company Capgemini its much better.

Work Details

We have to work in shifts but even the rostering is proper so that your physical well being is maintained. Its not like you have multiple shifts in one week like it used to happen in Capgemini

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Indore with 20 lpa vs pune with 25 lpa

Hi all, I am from infosys indore with YOE - 12 as Technology Lead for application production support and operation with 14.25 fixed Ipa. I got offer from Accenture indore as associate manager for incident Management service with 20 Ipa fixed components. Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.) Please advise what to choose. Should I negotiate more with AllianceBernstein for more salary?
