Lots of trainings available.. some are mandatory.. which are good for personal and professional development..salaries are good very on time ... Work environment is good.. with with recreational activities.. team parties... Which keeps employees motivated...

People who join Accenture from a smaller companies as leaders and managers are not used to company culture which promotes to call every one by their first names and not sir and Ma'am.. due to this.. it has negative impact on employees as manager consider this very offensive.. HR won't listen to employees grivence with out any proofand even than will give more consideration to managers/leads version.. Some very important company policy are not shared with employees thought it directly impacts them.. and are used to surpress employees as per company terms.. Always remember, employees will only get a fraction of the variable pay.. irrespective of who well an employee performed.....Read More
