No doubt accenture is Big MNC but accenture policies and work culture is worst. it's not employee favorable. employee has no Job security and ready to relocate otherwise they will fire from company immediately. overall Accenture is Big company with worst policies, accenture fire employees every year. be careful before going to Accenture....Read More

Accenture VS Virtusa

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay
