Need advice on which company to join

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. Please suggest me which company would be best to join for good knowledge growth, stability and moderate work pressure.

This company is future oriented has clear goal and invest huge on innovation. Great place to work, compensation depends on project and the dependency of yours on project with the technical skills. Good on-site opportunity for Non US & UK based projects.

Dislikes

Working hours is definitely a painful area, as you have to server min of 9/10 hours daily basis. You have advantage of flexible timings but not always. Also, working hours are not limited to 10, you might have to extend it based on the work allocated and project requirements, which won't get compensated.
