The overall global culture of working distinguishes it from typical Indian culture organizations. You get various opportunities to learn on the job and they are pretty serious about diversity and inclusion aspects too.

Dislikes

There are too much of red tapes if you are looking to be explore internal opportunities, even though opportunities are present. More, caution on recruitment team! They always oversell as part of agreement. Certain leaders are way too toxic and despite being a transparent organization, people choose to close their eyes as they bring good chunk of revenue.

Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion

I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities. I am hopeful of getting a promotion in June this year, but I am unsure if it’s worth waiting for. Here’s what I am considering: 1. Stay and wait for the promotion: There’s a possibility of career progression in June. Should I wait for it, considering the time and effort I have invested here? 2. Start looking for a new opportunity: I could begin exploring other organizations where I might receive a better salary, role, and career growth. However, leaving without securing my next promotion feels uncertain. I would appreciate suggestion: Whether I should wait until June or start looking for better option or if you have something else please tell me in comments
