Shift timings are pathetic and even at WFH culture this has been enforced which can be avoidable keeping in mind the business we are into. As a company, One should think about employees and their family here as sleep cycle and health which is very important aspect., as most of the people stay in small houses and managing night shift or early morning is real challenge. Also rotational shift with rotational Week offs impacts ones work life balance. Work life balance is only for managers here who have fixed Week offs and Shift most of the time. Night shifts are very hectic here with no leisures. Accenture is best company when it comes to additional benefits but they definitely miss on basics....Read More

Work Details

WFH was good until it was from Office. But at home, TAT term no more exist. Evrything is important and Urgent here even during ur WO. Which is impacting Work life balance
