Good company but my work team was not exactly the one I wanted to be a part of

Opportunities to work across business units are minimal to none. Like someone from operations can not move to a technology unit.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

The job quite interesting struggled a bit the beginning as there was no formal training session

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay
