over politics bench for HR was new poor people management they hire, then decide its excess and put you in bench irrespective of performance and if you value your carrier you will find a job outside, coz the job they offer has no relevance to your experience.

Job Security is Fine and Normal, it totally depends on the team but work life balance is something you have to worry about.

Work Details

you can learn alot here but same time you must be ready to handle pressurized situations, overtime and worklife balance

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Indore with 20 lpa vs pune with 25 lpa

Hi all, I am from infosys indore with YOE - 12 as Technology Lead for application production support and operation with 14.25 fixed Ipa. I got offer from Accenture indore as associate manager for incident Management service with 20 Ipa fixed components. Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.) Please advise what to choose. Should I negotiate more with AllianceBernstein for more salary?
