Their policies are just to create illusion among employees, their policies are to safeguard their interest against violations of Iaw of the land. If you're woman, person with Disability, LGBT community member then be ready for all kind of discriminations which will surely sabotage your career and will eventually lead to depression and worst health conditions which you can't imaging in the wildest dreams. PSOH harrasment cases won't be taken seriously and perpetrators would be given all the information to counter the victims. Leadership is just there to safeguard their cabal.
