They hire at visible higher package but variable part is not given

Dislikes

Variable is ballooned to have high ctc on paper only. Toxic culture. No increment for 2 years straight. Favouritism. No promotions internally but hiring from outside. Management is not ready to help employees. Hr is non contactable, no reply from them.

Great for learning, esp in the initial years. Exposure to different industries and improvement in soft skills as one gets to interact with clients on frequent basis.

Dislikes

People in Applied Intelligence are tagged to a single vertical and do not get exposure to other aspects of data science domains. Work life balance is highly influenced by the project one is aligned to. It can be a 10-6 job or a 8-8 job as well.
