In start of job everyone and everything will seem nice once you spend a year or so then they will start being toxic. If you want to leave current project to look for another project they will not let you leave and will try to stop you at any cost and if after all that also you left they will give you bad feedback, they will cancel your bonus and will try to ruin your credibility for next projects. Deadline will be strict, higher management only looks for numbers doesn’t care about quality of work at all. Client is treated as GOD even if they abuse or have irrational demands. You will be stuck in between management and client in between with all work load and responsibilities neither management takes any responsibilities nor they push back on client for irrational demands.
