Everything is dependent on which project you are allocated. In most of the cases, the project is irrespective of your skill set. Getting roll-off is next to impossible thing in Accenture. They didn't plan the resources well in advance when someone resigned, till the LWD they didn't have new resources in the team and because of that work pressure increased. HRs are not approachable, they will never respond to you on Teams or email. All Accenture policies may vary from project to project.
