I have been working as a quality control chemist for nearly 2 years. Being a fresher its a good start up for career where the management always welcome your interest over learning and working in laboratory. Coming to salary they will credited on the time which is really helped the migrant candidate as like me.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics in laboratory where seniors were not supportive and the management doesnt address the issues.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
