Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? It's not the good company to join and begin career journey. There is lot of politics within the management. Behaviour of management is very rude. Job security is very poor...they fired the employees without any prior intimation. Its hell, work hours will drive you insane, your manager expects you to work from 10 in the morning to 12 in the night, most of it from office itself, avoid this company... forget about work life balance if you are ever ever onboarded. Only time you will ever be left alone is when you are on leave, Manager will prefer or rather force you to be ob leave than to be work from home. Its hopeless!!!
