Likes

I have been working in Accelya for past 5 years. Its a great place to learn if you are a fresher.

Dislikes

Accelya and its policies have changed a lot in past 5 years. Me and my team members have not given any promotions in these 5 years. Hence, not a good place for long term commitment. Job is not secured as Accelya's overall business runs on Airline industries and there has been a huge revenue impact in this pandemic resulting into termination of employees.

Salary - Bad
Job security - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
