Simple transaction of closing hardware break down calls. If you keep on doing your job then no one is bothered to trouble you.

Dislikes

No skilled job, their business is very simple to break fix computer hardware calls, no training methodology, no employee relation, absolutely no employee engagement, HR is just to fill replacement against attrition, please do not expect any salary hike whether you do good or bad, simple increase may come to your way every 2 - 3 years. No matter how you perform, please do not expect any appreciation or reward. But I must let you know that till I was there, they always paid salary before 3rd of every month. Simple life and easy going company : they avoid taking risk to grow....Read More

Accel IT Services do outsourcing of its own employees to othe IT Giants and does not care about its employees. They don't have proper communication once they hand over the employee to the client. Appraisals are also dependent on clients and Accel IT has nothing to do with anything after a candidate is hired and accepted by Client
