Its an upcoming and fast growing organisation in India and the top management has good focus on India market. Good opportunity to Travel and work with multi cultural people across the globe. Compensation is good if you can negotiate at the time of offer but appraisals are poor after that.

Dislikes

Poor leadership of India Market Head. Work life balance is terrible due to multi geographies involved. Team members are discrete at different locations across the globe. No further growth opportunities in terms of role etc.....Salary structures are very poor.
