Low standard management with no respect for employee sentiments and encouraging unethical practices in operations, manufacturing, sales, finance & almost every department to show maximum profits to the top management and fooling customers. Rude & abusive plant, regional managers with staff and customers. No employee engagement and motivational activities. Depressing work environment leading to incredibly high attrition. Good Working culture &environment. Teammatea are supportive company policies are good, Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. If vacancy available then company join new person but existing employees not given chance.

I worked with ACC for 3 years in kerala. I founded my extreme hell in my life..it's a worst organisation to work with sales.. Terrible firm if you can find any other job find it.or else if you were willing to join it's suicide like decision. Take care.
