Good Working culture &environment. Teammatea are supportive company policies are good, Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. If vacancy available then company join new person but existing employees not given chance.

I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learned everything on the job, will doing multiple roll in my working areas

I worked with ACC for 3 years in kerala. I founded my extreme hell in my life..it's a worst organisation to work with sales.. Terrible firm if you can find any other job find it.or else if you were willing to join it's suicide like decision. Take care.
