Here work pressure is less only HOD of C&I in ratija 2x50MW is not good.

SALARY NEVER GET IN TIME. C&I DEPT. IN RATIJA 2x50MW here the behavior of HOD is very worst with new employee they never share his knowledge with freshers or with newcomers.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
