I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No salary hike and growth is less than 3% During corona time employee salary was deducted but it was not recovered at any time . 2. Salary slab is not there two person same designation one is getting 12 lakhs and 2nd is getting 6 lakhs. No one is there to review all this.
