Colleague are very good, work culture is decent not stressful and very good senior mentors , will learn work from them.

Salary structure very bad, Leave Policy worst , they cut salary even if you are in dying moment. No proper channeling of work. Worst hiring process whatever you are getting asked to join you in less and after joining you will get your appointment letter that's too can take upto 1month.

Company runs like a typical proprietary shop. Too much internal politics. Senior & old Employees come in time but do NO WORK till 4pm. That's when boss comes in. And even if you finish work by time you can't leave before 9pm. Toxic culture.
