Colleague are very good, work culture is decent not stressful and very good senior mentors , will learn work from them.

Dislikes

Salary structure very bad, Leave Policy worst , they cut salary even if you are in dying moment. No proper channeling of work. Worst hiring process whatever you are getting asked to join you in less and after joining you will get your appointment letter that's too can take upto 1month.

Get to learn new and updated stuff and apply it practically which significantly strengthen the knowledge.

Dislikes

In this fast-paced work environment, sometimes we have to work within tight deadlines. This leads to high excitement as we can easily work with our manager closely and get to learn how to handle deadlines. This scenario arise once or twice in a month which lead to hamper work life balance a bit.

This is one of the coolest culture I am ever worked with. Everyone is helpful and have the knack to support in needs. Everyone needs a good work environment and I feel this company delivers the same.
