ADNH does not judge professional people. they did not respect people talent. I have a ten-year experience. I spend my five years in ADNH. what they are not given any promotions and salary increments. that is a weak point of andh.

The company has good training programs got to learn some but some locations managements don't want their staff to grow and they are not motivating them VERY SAD part. Only influence people in this company gets growth. As per my personal experience there is nothing to dislike about the company. As the rules and regulations are not prepared by one individual, it's a decision of whole management team. When we work for hospitality industry the first rules apply is that we should never bother about timings. This industry is all about passion dedication and enthusiasm.
