nothing to like about this "lala" company except may be few people who are genuinely skilled and have experience. They are either targeted by the politics here or are themselves doing politics to save their skin

1. salary - comes at around 20-25th every month 2. no appraisals, nothing. to the point they will force you to quit 3. directors - no knowledge no skills no proper communication, often abuse and will treat you like a slave. too much money and too much power. 4. strictly 6 days working, no holidays even for rakha bandhan,dussehra, new year etc, they will jump the gun to deduct your salary at every chance they get....Read More
