Company has been shut down.

Dislikes

Working culture In office before 10 am and leave by 10 pm or LOP of half day. LOP on a daily basis of you KRA has not met, which is unrealistic to meet it every day. Working on Sunday during the month end and that means working for straight 2 weeks and not being compansated for sunday and not providing leaves for working straight 2weeks. Can't take more than 1 day of leave in a month. Fake promises about the job assurance to customer to purchase the course, once the money is received there is no proper POC for the enrolled students to connect for any challenges....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
