It is average to work with Able Healthcare Systems. No much support during difficult time. No good and bad experience here.

As per my experience my compensation is not good, growth chances are not good. I have to go to meet my clients in the market on daily bases. We are specialized in the sale of endoscopic products for surgeons. Company do not provide any insurance cover to the employees.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
