The company is good for people who want to learn and grow as freshers. Its been more than a year i have been working here at Abhikalpan. You will be exposed towards real estate industry and live working of the projects.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not possible. You are in the office from 9:30 am to 8-9 pm. You only get time to eat and sleep. Work load is bad. Everything is urgent at site. HR policies are weird and unreasonable.

So the experience letter costs a month salary for you which is not ethical practice. In any circumstances If you want to leave before a contract ends you don't get anything. Exposure to actual market conditions. You get to learn new software and freshers get to learn every detail in architectural deliverables.

Zero appreciation. Company policies are just nonsense. Somehow good for freshers but not worth it for long run. Hire you as consultant and expect to dedicate your entire time to the firm. Appraisal is not performance based. Count your every minute and deducts your salary for negative working hours. No peace!

Company policies are the worst. You'll always be working extended hours which are not paid btw. I.e. 9.30 am to 7.30-10.00 pm. You get 1.75 leaves per month which you cannot take the day before or after your weekly off or public holiday otherwise that will be counted as leave as well. You're expected to be working all the time. Strict timings and breaks. You'll be sitting under principle architect's observation.
