Its a good place for new architects as you get to do lots of different activities ranging from WD to 3d and photoshop, landscape etc. Most importantly you will value other firms once you are out of this place.

You get 1.75 leaves per month which you cannot take the day before or after your weekly off or public holiday otherwise that will be counted as leave as well. You're expected to be working all the time. Strict timings and breaks. You'll be sitting under principle architect's observation.
