There is no job security specially for HR person.. no promotion no appraisal, If you have reference ( extra oil & butter) then you will get company benefits..🤣 very bad behaviour, rules and regulations, fake promises, too much politics...and also management force to employees to give resignation.. Overall worst company..

Government ko company pe rate marna chahiye. Company labour law ke rule ko follow nhi karti hai. Company poori tareh se farjivada karti hai Company pe kayi case bhi chal rhe hai jiske shaksh media pe hai. Etc……

As HR manager The work culture developed by me was an example as was popular in all other branches of ABCI, but Policies and procedures are not shared with branch heads. Resulting in problems on full and final settlement. No yearly increments no bonus to HO roll employees.

It was an assignment with corporate HQ as HR Head to lead and head the entire HR / IR team across company deployed at PAN India basis. , initially identified the gap in terms of Payroll , Compensation & benefits, Performance appraisal , Training & development , statutory compliance and industrial relation as company still under old rules and practices, so got an opportunity to map the entire organization and exceedingly did well in all aspect as adjudged by management. Team mates got collaborative and positive with help of them implemented the entire new concept across all desired domains of HR / IR.
