This is a pathetic place to work.The managers Mr Nirupam Dutta Gupta and Mr Mohammed Irshad are very partial towards employees who suck up to them. They humiliate you publicly without helping you improve. To mentor or improvise an employ er they themselves have no skills how can they help an employee. AMS by Flexability boasts regarding partnership with renowned companies infact they have nothing basic no skip meetings regarding what their managers are upto, literally mentally harassing employees. When AMS cannot focus on its employees how they are being treated there is no point in showcasing their best employers. AMS by Flexability to survive here it's not hardwork which matters if your an expert in chamchafying and licking managers you will reach greater heights, which is like by Nirupam and Irshad. Mr Irshad is another pro in mental harassment to employees by sending threat messages to employees. Mr Nirupam has no data to present during review calls just keeps on blabbering what comes to his mouth, I don't know from which market was he hired. No 2way communication nothing.
