Shiv and his EDs focus solely on revenue generation. No money coming in irrespective of the struggles faced by the employee results in a torturous environment. Multiple cries for help fall on deaf ears as the bosses only care to keep their reputation in tact and will swoop in to takeover when the work is done but if someone is struggling and say they're unable to do something then the onus falls on the strugglers shoulders to solve not on the bosses to sort and make it better. It is not the best place to work, it falls in one of the worst places to work with high attrition rate. They say flexible work hours but a slight delay in reaching office or early leaving to reach home before traffic increases is frowned upon. The environment such created results in an even confident person losing confidence about their skills and losing the little info they have.
