Company is good, but as a trade lot of dependency on ethical channel also as brand as demand driven from them, where lot of push required. So you need to push your trade team as well as ethical which is double exercise for trade channel and you have a limited control for this except data sharing for the concern to ethical.

There is no transparency in abbott in last 2 years. They will promote as per their wish not on the basis of potential and recruiting out side people is terrible idea when company has already good potential candidates for those positions especially training team not helping on those issues
