A middle management person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.

Well once a company become an Indian entity, there is no proper work life balance and culture. No promotion in most departments. Some departments really recognize the hard work but unfortunately I wasn't departments.
