Not much to like compared to IT companies.

Outdated and Jugaadu approach to everything. The culture is very much toxic, vast amount of in department politics and mis-management. The growth factor is almost 0, You are not going to learn anything new, same repetitive tasks everyday. HR Department is NON EXISTENT after you are hired. I've been working here for than a year now, after the recruitment I haven't had a single talk with HR. The appraisal system is very bad 5-10 percent increment after a year while the base salary is anyways low. Compared to other IT companies you will be working for pennies. Six days working, sometimes more than that "if the project demands". Company glorifies a culture where if you work after office hours, you will get promoted, this is super toxic. I would not suggest working in this company if you are a young professional looking to upscale your career, This is a good retirement plan and that's it....Read More

Company is only worst, they don’t have any time management once you join the company you will be treated has worst , Before Joining the company they tell that we are time management and good working culture but it’s not they will keep on extend the system till 10 or 12 midnight who will work for so long day this will keep on runningfor two to three week same timing, once u enter into this hell you will feel depressed. Main thing is they are following this employment Contract Bond for one year and 2 years due this bond many employees are staying quite or else all employees will be walk out……. So over all the timing and bond system it’s are two things are impacting the employees part from this the company has good shares and good book size in the market the technology are updating they are making the loan availability smoothly....Read More

No Work life No holiday (every sunday, every holiday are not off for Aavas except 15Aug) No time bound (every you have to visit field till 6pm and after that you have to stay in office till mid night there is no time limitation you may stay in office till 1am also) No space for sales person to sit in the office (Sales people are most negligible for this company so if you want to sit in the office in day time you have to stand always) You don't have any authority to stay in the office in day time after morning meeting or before 6pm....Read More

Company was good for fresher who want to start his carrier. They are providing the learning growth to employees.

Salary structure is not so good as compared to work load and you are not be able to balance the work and personal life balance in the organisation. But lots of politics are happening in work atmosphere. And not time fixed for operation team.
