There is nothing to be liked in aavas

Dislikes

Lots of Politics, Employee being forced to apply him self for same day relieving, Company don't provide time of 30day notice period on manager grade job, Most of supervisors are being asked to recruit employees for rotation purpose. Even thought process of senior authority and Company CEO is also bad. There is no any job security, No work life balance, hard core pressure to put resign and relieve on the same Day...Read More
