Yes, If anyone is interested in civil as well as site works he will definitely going to love the work. The company provides knowledge from base work and allows to handle big government projects.

Their salary credit was not on time and was always delayed.

Company simply entrains the technical team members, they will come every day for chit chat and timepass & their is no proper pms evaluation for the technical team, they simply pays 7 t o 8 lakhs for freshers and if 10 years they pay above 12 lakhs blindly..

Dislikes

They will only focus on supporting staff like hr, admin, and other who receives less salary they treat like slavs... They blindly trust reporting managers some of them really unethial... .. We didnt find any where professionalism..

I liked working under my line manager of Hyderabad office who are quite cooperative and helpful.

Upper Management is not promising. In my case Regional Director - North (Delhi office) has promised false commitment during retention effort on my resignation but couldn't fulfill. However, in the second instance when i resign he forcefully terminate my services without any basis to it.
