Its a great platform to learn. One can get expertise in RCC, Steel, PSC at this one single platform. Very well talented and experienced seniors and heads. Very very good platform for newly joined.

Dislikes

In case of tight schedules, weekends also needed to work. Sometimes salry will get delayed, and for some people, it wont even be credited for 2 months. Arrears will take alot of time. After leaving the organisation, HR team will take alot of time to provide F&F Calculations, and Experience certificate. More than 2 months it will take sometimes.

Sundays and alternate saturdays are off. 9 to 6 job. Mostly we need to stay till 7PM.

Only good thing is that they pay salary within first week of the next month.

Experts having lifelong notes is to share these with their servers but have no rights to take anything out from the servers. All the time employees have to work under CC TV. Overall it was a bad and stressful experience. However, no company is bad, only few managers due to their lack of professional exposures make bad name to the company.

Manager does not give any rights to me, given only responsibilities. My team members did not follow my instruction as they knew this fact. It was a very bad experience with this firm.

Overall good, except delay in salaries especially in telugu state. Partiality b/w HO employees and on site employees,always ontime salary for HO employees,but always delayed for site people. Site people salaries are linked to bills release from client. No regular increments for Site people,but HO people get regular increments. Politics. Even VPs and AVPs have worst attitude and behavior. Very cunning. Colleagues are more cunning. It is like.. there will be a gang trusted to VPs / AVPs and always those people only will be given work by them. They will not provide any work and even if they provide, they will not help you how to do. They do like this until we get frustrated and leave the company ourselves. Even if management search very talented people and bring them to work.. Gangs and VP AVPs make them leave within an year.. VPs and AVPs require fellows who are loyal to them personally and not loyal to the company. Such people will be in the gang and they would keep getting all promotions increments and benefits.
