As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

In the Morning coordinator will call you and they will order them to go to site for clicking photo or visit railway bridges to count span etc. Coordinator doesn't know how to keep records and data safely for future use, they will ask to do same job for 3-4 times a month. Company don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. Iam taking about Railway Department . You can get salary on time that is all ! Some officials are good some are worst . They won't understand your problem , if they are giving salary means you have to do it any way !
