Lack of training about the process at the time of joining.

Work Details

Taking care of C,h&I forms collection from customers on behalf of the clients allotted for me. Reconciliation of data, escalating & resolving issues. Submission of forms & billing on monthly basis. There were lot of learning experience in the process.
