The management here is the worst I've encountered. They seem to think they're doing a great job, but they need a reality check. Employees are treated terribly, like street animals being chased down. My manager is under so much pressure to meet expectations without any support. The CEO treats everyone like he owns all of us, even us audiologists. It's all about numbers, which is understandable to an extent, but the pressure on employees is insane. No wonder people are leaving this company in droves. I regret joining here. I turned down an offer from Hear zap because HR convinced me we were doing well, she did her job, but she ruin my career. The CEO is always negative, never smiles, never happy, just a sad soul, bringing everyone down with him. There's never any satisfaction. Employees are the biggest assets, can somebody tell him<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Just because he gives salary doesn't mean people would do anything</mark>.
