Salary gets on time, rest of the things needs alot of changes, like working hours need to be less, one day week off is very less, also working from flexibility should be given more, this work place thinks more about students rather for people who works for them , who are providing and giving business to them.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The environment of Aakash n yes d opportunities which we get there helps us to grow . The one can learn so much there. As every work over there envolve learning in it and that to of high level as it adopts all latest technology . Working in Aakash is soo interesting as every time you get new new things and challenges so which makes employees of aakash active to give there best.

The one cannot manage his/her work and personal life as it's quite hectic work pressure is too high. And yes time issue as it's not fixed . And yes there are things to motivate employees like incentives bonus parties n ol but employees somewhere feel like he/she will not get those things as they are not sure. And sometimes it happens too.

My work was to look after at the sales part n operations too . As it was quite hectic to attend parents so frequently . But I stay hard at that time and give my 100% in it. It was challenging but yes learning too.
