Lot of internal politics in whitefield branch Bangalore, my reporting manager name Suhaas Singh who like to do politics He easily dnt appreciate when an employee perform well. He find out little bit employee's mistake and then he create big issue, he and his chmche only consider business, they dnt understand parents condition. When we cnt achieve target then he dnt give week off easily. He dnt shout easily to his chamcha चाहे वह कित्ती भी बङी गलती क्यो न करे। I saw there were few employees who were fired while foing small mistake without any notice. 2nd thing HR name Tanisha S who is also big lier she never support us she always do show off regarding help but in actual she easily dnt help. Before joining she talk big big thing then after she dnt bother. We cnt force parents to admit their children but my reporting manager say chae kch hojae we want business thats y due to mental torture i have resigned within 2 months.
