As a Company aakash is good but at branch level it is so pathetic, high level of politics and no support from manager

Aakash hires AO's just for marketing and data generation purpose once you complete with it they will target you one by one and ask you to resign so better option is don't join Aakash Institute as a "Admission officer". At the time of joining they will tell you that this is full time job but belive me please don't join it. If you join you'll be frustrated, manager will disrespect you all the time, there will be high level of politics, you will feel mentally harassed. After joining Aakash in past 6-7 months I have seen 6 Admission officers resigned from my single branch. Now take your decision and best of luck....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
