Salary on time. Teaching students.

Working days - Monday to sunday This review is only for SOPA department it is Music Course department. No proper management for students it's totally mess with subject and time table. No security No permanent job they can fire you any time without any reason: Politics. Management doesn't care about staffs. Feels like Call Center most of the time. Following up student fees status. During vacations totally it is telecaller job doesn't matter who are faculty/Dean/HOD. Lots of politics within department can't trust anyone. Colleague try to kick u off if you have better knowledge/skills: Politics. Skill/talent/knowledge not required only required is good relationship with student so they can pay the fees on time....Read More

The good part about working in AAFT is that you will get to know the things from the scratch. It provides a room for innovation and creativity if you have ideas. There is cross functional engagement as well which helps you to learn various arenas.

Appraisal are not that great. No extra perks except salary. Saturdays working.

AAFT University has a great work culture with salaries always on time. The team is supportive and the higher authorities are approachable and encouraging. There is a wealth of opportunities to learn and grow, specially if you approach your work with open mind.

We don't get any other benefits apart from our salary like PF, Insurance etc.
