I wish I could pen down even one, but just to mention , they give salary on time.

Dislikes

1. Bad Management 2. No leave policy ( in fact they have hardly made any policy since April which I could mention) 3 . Extended shift and also shift timing changes( Mon - Sat) Sunday off 4. Bias behaviour by Leaders 5. Dictatorship Culture A lot more.. But I guess this will help.

My manager Jenil was through out was supportive and helped me a lot

Dislikes

On the name of agreement and policies they can fire you anytime and they will consider everything under behaviour issue. If you are absent for more then 2 days and So called director is so free that he could call you 30-40 times in a row for the sake of follow up and sr manager will give you call 1-2 times
