The national school of drama one of the foremost theatre training institution in the world and one of its kind in India. There are lot of opportunity in the organisation but work life balance are not manageable.

Dislikes

The work pressure very high in 6-8 month in the year. Sometimes (about 4 month continuous every year) i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
