There are nice people to be around, so there is a comfortable environment.

Dislikes

They call themselves as an MNC, but there's not even 1 culture of an MNC. No proper employee benefits like other orgs. They only stick to the govt imposed basic benefits. No food facility in that area, except for lunch provided in the cafeteria. No proper policy, procedure, anybody will blame you for your work. Not a single Six-sigma certified resource. No career growth for support functions. No increment while being hired. Rules change depending on whoever is in the management. There is a lot of confusion and miscommunication across everyone. This org benefits the top few people. Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30 is just a myth. They're strict about logging in on-time, but logging out is not.
