Employee Salary, Full & Final Payments, Payment of Gratuity were the last Priority. Company took advantage of Covid 19. Despite attending full office, Salaries were paid with a 35% deductions by Company management. Management never liked to pay Full & Final Settlement, Gratuity of employees for a long time, till the time employee would have proceeded to Labour Court.
