Flexible hours, good pay as compared to sector

The CEO/director is a straight up abusive guy, he not just yells in meetings every single day, he will use the choicest of words including cuss words of the nth order to bring you down in front of your team. He is the worst person you will meet in a long time.

Dislikes

High Level of Micromanagement and toxic work culture. Although they claim to be a non-profit it is being run like a sales organization. They are running a number game without actual results on the ground. The leadership lacks clarity about the work being done. Also while hiring they do not disclose the work that would be allocated.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
