Terrible experience.No joining letter,no salary account,no salary slip,no pf.Only offer letter is provided although it is of another company.Only God knows whether that company exists or not.No job security ( anyone can be removed anytime without notice period),no increment. Only 5 leaves are provided in a year.

Most terrible experience I have ever seen in this company, here no security in this company. Salary not credited on time, they have own mood to terminate any employee at the any time without notice & no reasons. In Kolkata branch, team leader or HR has no manners how to talk with the employee.

Everything. There is a horrible experience in the Calcutta branches. I have horrible experience in this office. They haven't provide any kind of proof that I'm the employee in this company like(salary slip, joining letter, Pf etc.) In this company, no job security, anyone can be removed at any time without notice period infact theyterminated their employees by phone calls not mail. Nothing in a small room 10 people are sitting and everyone is on call and disturbs others.

Dislikes

Hired me for a bank process and I gave 7 hirings in just 2 days but they said they were unhappy with my performance.among those 2 days rain came on 1 day. Still i gave 7 good candidates to join immediately. They don't give offer letter or joining letter. Despite that they don't give salary also. When I asked for salary they terminated me.
